If you installed from ports you should have an apache.sh file in your /usr/local/etc/rc.d directory. This file causes apache to start when your machine reboots. If you don't have this file, try: locate apache.sh and if that fails, I'm sure just about anyone here can email you a copy of their apache.sh file which you can clip and use.
