Is there some reason you can't install it from
/usr/ports/net/rsync?

When was 4.3 UCB released?

Is there some reason you can't install /usr/ports/net/44bsd-rdist?

The size of fortune is irrelevant.

No thanks.  It was removed almost 2 years ago because
better alternatives are available.
