I don't recall seeing any reports from people running UP, but it seems
to do the trick for us SMP folks.  Has anyone heard from Jeff lately?  I
suppose he's got something major in the works, but this patch seems
fairly benign.

Jeff is a nice guy, I don't think he will lash out at anyone for trying
to help out.  Although, the way people have been acting the last week or
so, I'm not certain.  ;)
