I have eBones. I cvsup'ed -stable and have tried twice (with and without
-DCLOBBER) to build world -- it dies for lack of /usr/include/ss/ss_err.h.
This file is found in /usr/include/ss/ss_err.h, but not in the /usr/obj
temporary tree. To fix this and move on, I'm using:

cp -p /usr/obj/usr/src/lib/libss/ss_err.h
/usr/obj/usr/src/tmp/usr/include/ss
