This is what you should have gotten:

[root@utd65257 /usr/ports/www/firefox3]# make

Stop in /usr/ports/www/firefox3.

I don't know why you got the error you did, but you're not going to be able to 
build Firefox right now anyway, unless you're willing to make 
-DDISABLE_VULNERABILITIES.

Try make distclean and then make again.  You should get the vulnerability 
notice.
