Jeff,

Thanks for this follow-up email.

As was noted recently in another case, changing the API and/or ABI should be
coordinated with re@.  However, you have already talked with re@ members
extensively about your work on the scheduler, so this change isn't a huge
surprise.  Of course, please be more careful next time about coordination.
