Hello, and thank you for your time. I have a matsushita cdrom and in
the docs it says my specific model number may have problems with finding
the correct port. The documentation says to set the port equal to -1 but
all i see is a hexadecimal port option. I talked to a few people about
settting it to 0x300 but that did not werk either. The version i am
trying to install is 2.2.5. The error it gives me is something like
"There was no CD device found! Please try and run configure again." I
have made sure that there were no conflict with my hard ware. If you
could email back with a few ideas on how to go about and fix this
problem i would appreciate it greatly.

		Thanks,
		  John ZUlim
