After update the gnome-menu and it doesn't solve. I still can't see  
linux-opera, pan, wesnoth and few others in the  
/usr/X11R6/share/gnome/apps/.. Maybe need to do the full like before? For  
example:

<LegacyDir>/usr/X11R6/share/gnome/apps/Games</LegacyDir>
<LegacyDir>/usr/X11R6/share/gnome/apps/Internet</LegacyDir>
[...goes on...]
