The Observium documentation (e.g. in http://www.observium.org/wiki/Debian_Ubuntu_Installation ) specifies an URL of a community edition as: http://www.observium.org/observium-community-latest.tar.gz which is a version 0.13.10.4585, i.e. as far as I can tell the first and so far the only community edition of Observium, and mostly matches the last public SVN revision, so the transition to a ports version would be mostly painless for current users. The file fetched by the port presently is: http://observium.org/observium-latest.tar.gz which is not mentioned anywhere in the docs. Downgrading the last public SVN revision (which was supposed to be used by public) to a two year old version would be a major disruption. So, please update the port to switch to the official community edition. >How-To-Repeat: Install port net-mgmt/observium >Fix: I suppose: change URL in Makefile and update distfile hashes. >Release-Note: >Audit-Trail: >Unformatted:
