No, with mga_hal everything's all right:
(II) MGA(0): Matrox HAL module used
Besides, native binaries run as they are suppozed to (although a little
bit slower than under Linux :-(). The problem is with Linux binaries. I'll
try 'em with XFree86-4.2.0
