Browse the archives at freebsd.org because this gets asked from time to
time. I didn't find anything in ports (but ports on this machine are
oldish compared to 4.2's), but you might be able to start with poppasswd
for the password-changing part of the code. There has *got* to be
something already coded and tested by someone, though.

You might also learn about 'freshmeat.net' and 'sourceforge.net' as they
are great sources of useful code and applications. HTH - Jy@
