>Description:
On linux, by default, fvwm2 compiles with iconv(part of libc6). On
freebsd, --with-iconv-lib and --with-iconv-includes need to be added. This
library is required by fvwm's multibyte implementation.
>How-To-Repeat:
	ldd `which fvwm`
>Fix:
	add --with-iconv-lib=/usr/local/lib and
--with-iconv-includes=/usr/local/include or at least make it a #DEFINE
