Hi,

I installed JRE 1.1.8 yesterday, and JDK 1.1.8 today, and when I
try and run a program using either "java", under the JDK, or "jre",
under the JRE, I get the following error:

/usr/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: Shared object "libxpg4.so.2" not found

Do I need to install some more a.out compatibility stuff, or is this
something else? I'm running FreeBSD 4.2 on a Pentium II. I installed
the Java stuff from the packages collection, the JRE from CD and the
JDK from an FTP server.

Regards,

Stuart
