 As I already explained to the pr's author in a personal mail, mplayer's
 build process heavily depends on the CFLAGS, and building a player with
 runtime cpudetection works if one either lets choose the cflags by the
 configure script or sets it to something that is known to work.
 Setting WITH_OCFLAGS=yes (e.g. by make config) will prevent precisely
 this build error the author mentions. It is therefore activated in the
 default setup of the mplayer port. Please close this pr.
