I'm getting tired of people complaining of getting on orbs or rss, and wanting me to remove the blocking, instead of lifting their a... and fix their spamrelays. Is there some lists, the spammers use, where I can report these servers, so the mailservers really get misused, so the "admins" finally understand what the problem is?
