Synopsis: games/hlserver-ns: Tidy up port

State-Changed-Why:
I think this PR should be closed w/o any action:
- portlint simply cannot cope with the constructs used in the Makefile.
Since nothing is actually wrong, I'm against any changes.
- the @dirrmtry statement/syntax is wrong. It's just '@dirmtry foo'
without any shell execution. In think the current state of affairs is okay.
