There have been several other reports of problems based on the
changes I checked in to sys/dev/mii/brgphy.c (v1.69) on June=20
7th.  I checked in a change which has resolved the problem for
several others yesterday in sys/dev/mii/brgphy.c (v1.70).  Try
updating your build with this change.
