Look at the FreeBSD handbook pages concerning ipfw and natd.
Butt simple to set up for strictly outbound accesses.

Or... look into using the other packet filter with nat'ing capabilities
that is included with freebsd, Daren Reed's "ip_filter".

Either should work for you,
