In the UK try DGC-NMS in Speke.

Point your browser at https://ssl.dgc.co.uk/dgc-nms/web_store.cgi

They also have an announce mailing list (details on their Website).

They get stock of new releases (CDs) very quickly. The following
announcement mail arrived mid-afternoon 2nd March, *4 days* after
JKH announced that WC had 3.1 CDs in stock (I have a subscription
order direct with WC and am *still* waiting for DHL's 3 working
day delivery :-( ).
