Since this is pretty much a straight derivation off of the ripit port
(except for changes to use cdd instead of tosha) , it also only works with
blade and lame.  I suppose modifying it for gogo wouldn't be hard at all,
my problem though is that gogo's documentation is entirely in Japanese,
which I cannot grok. :(
