Not sure.  It works for me:

> pkg_info -W /usr/X11R6/sbin/camel-lock-helper
/usr/X11R6/sbin/camel-lock-helper was installed by package
evolution-1.0.1

pkg_info will look at the /var/db/pkg/*/+CONTENTS files for its info. 
If there is something wrong with those, pkg_info may fail.

Yeah, this is a cool addition to recent versions of pkg_info.  It's very
handy for situations where mysterious files start to pop up.
