I thin I followed you, and I have two ideas you could try:

First: the socks5 port (/usr/ports/net/socks5) might be an option.

Second: natd can be setup to redirect ports a line like the following in
natd.conf should help.

redirect_port tcp 192.168.1.2:80   82

Looks at the documentation though, its more complex than that, and I'm no
expert.
