Synopsis: [non-maintainer] usage of NO_DESCRIBE build variable breaks 'make index' for non-root

State-Changed-From-To: open->feedback
State-Changed-By: dinoex
State-Changed-When: Tue Jul 29 08:25:49 CEST 2003
State-Changed-Why:

make describe will list dependecies too,
if they are not listed correctly the build will fail.

Thats why this must be evaluated before make describe.

Further suggestions are welcome.
