3. You select a downloading tool. If you have ftp access to this site
then you use ftp. If you don't then you can use something like
webcopy. You can't use the later for any dynamic pages like asp, php,
jsp, ect.
4. You modify the apache config file sow it shows the mirrored site.
5. You done.
