This bug report meaning the problem is in "src/utils/os_divers.c" but that isn't a part of mp4box. It's a part of libgpac... You musst compile libgpac with -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -D_LARGE_FILES -D_LARGEFILE_SOURCE=1.
