Specifically, bugs which were closed became silently open. Any
mention of them being closed disappeared from the audit-trail (in
fact, it looks like anything that may have been in the
audit-trail disappeared).

The list of prs affected I constructed by comparing a known good
pr-list posted to freebsd-bugs with the current list on
www.freebsd.org. The bugreports affected are all from the period
of time shortly after the hub-freefall switch when gnats
backed-up and duplicated all prs it was sent. I don't believe
that all prs from this period were affected.

For a quick review, the prs affected are 3421 - 3435, excepting
3429.
