>Description:
Port fails to download the distfiles, I think this might be because Github
  have deprecated their downloads: https://github.com/blog/1302-goodbye-uploads

I have tried setting the Github options in the Makefile and I was able to get
the download working but when running 'port test' I was getting errors about
missing jars. I'm still learning the port system so I'm afraid I can't
figure this out and fix the port & bump to latest version 20.3 myself.
