I have a very recent  kernel  (see my signature)  and have  yet to see  the
messages. I don't have a ident running though. If you have so many of these
messages turn them off with

sysctl -w net.inet.tcp.log_in_vain=0
sysctl -w net.inet.udp.log_in_vain=0
