I am a little confused with this statement. Does this mean you are having
problems surfing with your Windows machine, or do you have a service on the
Windows machine that you cannot access from the outside?

If all you want is for your Windows machine to be able to access the
Internet, then you do not need to redirect any ports. If you are having
problems accessing the Internet, then it probably means that you have NAT
inproperly configured. The only time you need to redirect ports is when you
might have services on your windows machine (i.e. a web server) that you
want others on the Internet to be able to access.
