I've seen it in several forms from several people.  Since all of them
were of equal presumed accuracy (i.e. unrefrenced quotes on the net) I
just kept one at random.  As you can see, I've decided to adopt the
Benjamin Franklin quote since you provided a citation which should
imporve it's chances of being accurate somewhat. ;-)
