I'm very sorry to introduce myself too late.
I've been too busy...
I'm working as a system engineer in NTT Data Technology Corporation.
# Is 'system engineer' English?

I am a member of Japanese KDE Users Group(JKUG).
Kde have got a possibility of handling multi-byte language using
qt-i18n but additional patches are still required for each languages
and for each applications, in order to handle multi-byte in kde.
Now, I can't say kde*-i18n ports are perfect, because they may not handle
all of multi-byte languages. Some works but other not. First,
Japanese support is just started.
# For single-byte, I beleive working well.
I need more help to make kde*-i18n be a real i18n, and I want to do so.

I may be unable to commit ports of not mine, for my other works,
please do not blame me. :)

I want UNIX to be more friendly to all beginners.
