Before Bill steps in and shouts at you, I'd say: absolutely not. ATM
devices will probably never be supported under Project Evil.

Benno was working on some native support for the Pulsars, though, and
I have partially working code for the SpeedStream 30x0 cards in my
Perforce branch.
