Can you set the switch port to 100 full, if it's not already. We have issues with our cisco switches being set to auto, they have to be forced to 100 full or we get 0 connectivity between broadcom cards and cisco 4500's. Trying a different card is a good idea if you have one. Helps rule some things out at least. Bob
