Subject:   A question about FreeBSD swapping

During some heavy compilations my 4.3-STABLE box used some of its
swapspace. However now long after the program is compiled the swapspace
is still used (according to pstat -T, swapinfo and top).

Why doesn't the box release this swapspace?
