That is a standard European socket, which are normally rated at 13A. Also please remember that we use 230V here, so 10A is a high current for us. Most of our computers have 5A fuses in them (~1.2 kW). In Britain, we have seriously anal standards for electrical equipment mercifully, so there is no such thing here as a 'cheap' socket; all are fine. Not sure if one can say the same for Poland.
