	Well, last time I had these problems (before USENIX) I was running without
	SOFTUPDATES, and I had error messages like:
	ordered tag queued
	ordered tag send
	SCB 0x4 timed out
	...
	(machine locked, with messages looping).
	This does not happen with a NCR875 and the maximum number of
	tags enabled.
