Just want to give a "me too!". I built a new world/kernel just now and 
found my USB intellimouse no longer worked in either console or X. And 
cat'ing /dev/sysmouse showed no activity at all.

Reverting to 1.60 of usb_subr.c works fine. 1.61 doesn't work.
