>Description:
I keep having the message:

swap_pager_getswapspace: failed

i can't run any applications without them to die because of this, here are some examples:

pid 99 (ppp), uid 0, was killed: out of swap space
pid 238 (snmpd), uid 0, was killed: out of swap space

My swap is defined like this in /etc/fstab

# Device Mountpoint FStype Options Dump Pass#
/dev/da0s1b none swap sw 0 0
