Seriously?  So, please, drop a mail to foo@informatik.htw-dresden.de,
and the tell me if the error message was really useful for you.

Even better, find an AIX mailer in Japan, send a mail there, and... :)

IMNSHO, daemons that are throwing messages to the outside world should
not be localized.
