sabnzbdplus.diff

This patch will update sabnzbdplus to the most current version, 1.0.3.

* Updated to 1.0.3
* Regenerated patch file for portlint

- Fix jobs hanging at 99% or 100%
- Support X-DNZB-PASSWORD header for inders that use this
- Prevent fatal "too many connections" issue
- Show checksum errors reported by unrar
