It must be a conspiracy.
Large-scale offenders I've personally tried to deal with include: CNN,
WalMart, Fox, Comedy Central...

A notable exception is the Boy Scouts, who appear to have a clue.  They
had a fundraider earlier this year, including a tin can of caramel
popcorn, which has on the outside 'Highlights of the 20th Century:
1901-2000'.  I was a happy camper.
