I have just uploaded xalarm-3.06 in ~incoming on ftp.freebsd.org.
It is a simple X11 based alarm clock that allows time and date events to
be scheduled. It stays in the background until the alarm goes off. At
that time a window pops up where the cursor position is to "alarm" you.
