I might add that windows doesn't even change your time correctly.  It has already
updated my clock for daylight savings time, which isn't here yet.  Also it took me
from 8:43 pm to 3:00 am. It doesn't take a genius to know that adding or subtracting
one hour from 8:43 doesn't give you 3:00.
