I've determined why netscape won't run on a "clean" 3.1-RELEASE
install.

The aout-compat libraries in the XF86333 distribution
(/usr/X11R6/lib/aout/*) are incorrect.

When I copied the libraries from a 2.2.8 CD, everything worked
just fine.

I'll be submitting a PR on this - but I thought I would
toss out a note to inform those interested.

And, just F.Y.I. - this also affects JAVA.. you need the correct
a.out X11 libraries to use the latest JDK (from last december.)
