Can't be done, because a lot of ports depend on firefox by default. No  
port can be build with firefox3. Someone need to finish to port  
xulrunner19 port in MarcusCom CVS. It's a bit buggy, but ahze has updated  
it recently so the story might be different. Once the xulrunner19 is 100%  
stable then it can be done.
