You need to install the ports system, establish a 'Net connection and
then:

    # cd /usr/ports/x11/XFree86
    # make
    # make install
    # make clean

At this point, you'll have XFree86-3.3.6 installed, and you'll have to
go thru' the yucky task of configuring XFree86
