I maintain a local cvs repo and decided to also create a local mirror
of the latest docs and web site and just wanted to know the "right"
(by  convention) to put this stuff for now I put docs in /usr/src/docs
(i.e. cd /usr/src;cvs -q -d /home/ncvs checkout doc to create it)
