Bug is almost certainly not dependent on the environment.

>Description:
mutt 1.4 comes with documentation in multiple formats, but the
port does not build or install it. Specifically, the HTML
documentation should be copied to /usr/local/share/doc/mutt,
and the manual.ps target in subdirectory doc should be built.

>How-To-Repeat:
	cd /usr/ports/mail/mutt
	make install
>Fix:
Left as an exercise to the maintainer. manual.ps depends on
	sgml2latex.
