You don't actually need a sysctl for this case.  You can use kenv to set a=
=20
tunable after boot but before loading the module to achieve the same purpos=
e. =20
E.g.  'kenv vm.memguard.desc=3DFOO' will work and TUNABLE_FETCH will find i=
t=20
during a subsequent kldload.  Just FYI.
