The Docbook ports install these DTDs under /usr/local/share/sgml/docbook. >How-To-Repeat: # cd /usr/ports/textproc/gmat # make install # /usr/local/share/gmat/bin/gmat --fopt -U -f gmat.sgm >Fix: A simple fix is to create a symlink between the two places. This seems to work.
